By accessing or using Spartina Commerce Intelligence (the “Application”) at https://data.spartina.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

The Application is an internal analytics dashboard operated by Spartina Studio. It provides a unified view of business analytics data by combining:

• Social media analytics from connected platforms (Pinterest, Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Website traffic analytics (via Google Analytics 4)
• Ecommerce analytics (via Fourthwall Open API)

The Application retrieves data through authorized OAuth connections and presents it in aggregated dashboards for internal business analysis.

3. Access and Authorization

Access to the Application is restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access the Application.

When you connect a third-party platform via OAuth, you grant the Application read-only access to the data permitted by the scopes you authorize. You may revoke this access at any time through the respective platform's settings.

4. Use of Data

The Application is intended for internal business analytics purposes. You agree not to use the Application to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the rights of any third party
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code
• Use the data for unsolicited advertising or spam
• Resell or redistribute analytics data to third parties

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Application connects to third-party platforms through their official APIs. Each platform has its own terms of service and usage policies that apply to the data accessed through their APIs. The Application is not responsible for changes to third-party API availability, data accuracy, or rate limits imposed by those platforms.

6. Data Accuracy

The Application displays data as returned by third-party APIs. While we strive to present accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of data provided by external platforms. Analytics metrics may be subject to delays, processing limitations, or methodological differences across platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Spartina Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to decisions made based on analytics data displayed in the Application.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The most recent version will always be available at https://data.spartina.tech/terms. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
